Because delivery details can vary by location, we encourage customers to place orders early whenever possible, especially during holidays and busy floral seasons.
Our Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee of $15.00 is added to each order for each address. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, the fee may vary. For same-day delivery on U.S. orders, orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient’s time zone. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following day. We do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee exact timing.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Sunday delivery requests will be completed the following business day. Delivery to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. International orders are accepted by phone only. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Holiday Ordering and Closures
Flowers are especially popular during major holidays, so early ordering helps us provide the best possible service. To help assure on-time delivery, we recommend placing orders at least one day before Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Our Substitution Promise
Fresh flowers can vary by season and availability, so substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When that happens, we take great care to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement while using flowers of equal value. For keepsake items, substitutions may also be needed during periods of high demand, especially around major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as roses or orchids, we make every attempt to match the flower type, though another color may be substituted if needed.
